Einführung in die Nutzung
1 Dessertlöffel Salbei, Feldthymian, Schachtelhalm-Kräutermischung in 1 Glas kochendes, chlorfreies Wasser (150-200 ml) geben und 7 Minuten bei schwacher Hitze mit Deckel kochen. Das Kraut abseihen, solange es noch heiß ist.

1 Mal täglich zwei Stunden nach dem Abendessen einnehmen.

Es wird empfohlen, keinen Zucker, Honig oder ähnliche Zusätze hinzuzufügen.
Es muss jedes Mal frisch zubereitet werden.
